ServerTag Technologies provides hosting to clients worldwide, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. All clients of ServerTag Technologies are subject to the following terms of service:

Indemnification Policy
You agree to use all ServerTag Technologies services and facilities at your own risk. ServerTag Technologies specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall ServerTag Technologies be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages. Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold ServerTag Technologies harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against ServerTag Technologies, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it’s agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ServerTag Technologies against liabilities arising out of: Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with ServerTag Technologies’ server. ServerTag Technologies reserves the right to intervene with any of the sites hosted on its' servers in the interest of its' customers. Any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party Copyright infringement any defective products sold to customer from ServerTag Technologies’s server. ServerTag Technologies shall be the sole judge of what violates this Policy. All payments to ServerTag Technologies are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Billing
At this time we bill monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually, depending upon the plan. We accept Visa, Master Card, Certified Check or Money Order and Paypal. Clients are encouraged to pay by Check or Money Order as it is the easiest way to handle payment at this time. Their are no contract periods but for each successive period, your contract is automatically renewed unless we are notified otherwise.

Late Payments
All accounts are billed according to the dates they were first activated on. Service will be interrupted on accounts that reach 7 days past due. You will receive an email in regards to the nonpayment. Services interrupted for non payment is subject to a $20 reactivation charge. Accounts that are not collectable by ServerTag Technologies may be turned over to an outside collection agency for collection. If your account is turned over for collection, you agree to pay the company a "Processing and Collection" Fee of not less than $50 nor more than $150. ServerTag Technologies may temporarily deny service or terminate this Agreement upon the failure of the client to pay charges when due.

Account Cancellation
All requests for cancelling accounts must be made in writing (Fax/Email) with at least 30 days notice but not more than 60 days. Submit cancellations requests via email to our Accounts Team - Please include all required information for us to process a cancellation request.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee
ServerTag Technologies' packages include a 30-day money back guarantee only applicable to shared and reseller web hosting packages. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund (minus domain name registration fee and overage charges) if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation of your account. Please note the 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to Domain Name Registration, Colocation, VPS (Virtual Private Servers) and Dedicated Servers.

Refunds
Refunds (following the 30 day money back guarantee) only applies to shared and reseller web hosting packages. We do not offer refunds on our dedicated servers, virtual private servers, colocation, control panels and other licenses, bandwidth upgrades/overages and any other related addons.

Disclaimer
ServerTag Technologies cannot be held liable for server downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site/server was functioning. Moreover, ServerTag Technologies holds no responsibility for the use of our clients accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as ServerTag Technologies sees fit. FURTHERMORE, ServerTag Technologies retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without notification.
